About Me
I’m pursuing a Master of Computer Science at the University of Sydney, building on my background in Applied Statistics from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics.
I’m passionate about E-commerce Data Analytics. At H&H Group (Swisse/HiPP), I worked as a Data Specialist, handling advertising and user portrait data to build reports and analyze key metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Later at Toread, I led a Douyin influencer analysis project benchmarking CAMEL, designing a FineBI dashboard to identify high-ROI influencers and optimize marketing investment.
Skilled in Python, SQL, Excel, FineBI, and Tableau, I enjoy transforming raw data into actionable insights and exploring data-driven decision tools.

E-commerce Seeding & Influencer Analysis (Douyin) – Toread
Built an end-to-end monitoring & attribution framework for influencer seeding. Standardized ROI/CTR/CVR metrics, shipped FineBI dashboards for daily review, and profiled creators/content. Identified high-ROI tiers — CPM ↑56% and cost-per-conversion ↓≈20%.
Health & Nutrition Advertising Analytics – H&H Group
Integrated 25M+ exposure/ad/audience rows via SQL/Tableau Prep to a clean wide table. Built GMV/CTR/CVR dashboards with cross-filtering & alerts. Used k-means and chi-square tests to surface price-sensitive segments and optimize targeting & budget allocation.
Re-employment Policy Evaluation for Older Adults – China
Mixed-methods study on re-employment (60–69). Designed surveys, ran reliability/validity tests, and built a SEM model; complemented with ML (e.g., GBM/SVM) for robustness, improving hold-out accuracy from 71% → 85%. Delivered actionable policy recommendations.
Napari Image Segmentation Plugin (micro-SAM) – University of Sydney
Production-ready biomedical annotation plugin with UI–Adapter–Engine design. Supports point/box/brush/eraser editing & exports. Tiling + caching cut inference ≈40%; small-object IoU +14%+. Shipped with tests and docs to the research team.
